This left me drained and blood chilled. Selfishness without bounds that uses up boys, chews them like paper and spits them out on the sidewalk to pick up their pieces. The explicit scenes are grotesque and uncomfortable, leaving only an empty anger and helplessness in its wake. At every turn I'm left hoping that something will go wrong, but even when they do, Celeste manages to course-correct. She is horribly familiar and alien. Easy to hate but hate doesn't bite on her. Really, truly, a horror.

The ending does it on this one I think. The magic system is really interesting, a sort of Cardcaptor Sakura situation, where people need to use magical cards to perform magic. but it's the relationship between the nightmare and the heroine that is the most interesting. I like Elm well enough, but I wish I liked Revan and Jespyr more.
